STILL ASIDE 16

I must have been around 10 when my father – himself a passionate photographer – gave me my first point and shoot camera. It was a moment of awakening. The city became a playground again, and the act of photography offered me a personal and intimate access to my environment. Since then I improved my skills a little bit, changed to digital photography and back to analogue again, but the feeling of being connected with the world in a very unique way remained. Photography enables me to express my subjective view on things together with my emotions and feelings, to show the glow of seemingly unspectacular things.
